2. Agency Engagements & Statements of Work
All client marketing, development, and AI consulting engagements are governed by individual written Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the client and SC Marketing AI.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom deliverables developed for clients become client intellectual property upon full payment, as outlined in our service agreements.
